Cancellation Policy
If you booked an inflatable, please be sure the area we will be setting up is big enough for the inflatable selected and all debree, sharp objects, pet poop, or any other items nearby are picked up before our arrival.
If you will be cutting your grass prior to our arrival we ask that any grass clippings are removed from around the area we will set up the inflatable.
Cancellations of atleast 24 hours are required for a refund. There will be a fee deducted from the total amount for any cancellations due to processing fees.
